Emergency Medicine Physician – Quincy, IL Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine We are seeking a Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a well-established Emergency Department at a Level II Trauma Center serving the Quincy, IL region. Position Highlights: • Level II Trauma Center with approximately 40,000 visits annually • Supported by attending physicians in all major specialty and sub-specialty fields • Onsite helicopter service and designated Emergency Resource Hospital for five surrounding counties • Certified Chest Pain Center and Stroke Center with a door-to-cath time under 30 minutes • Emergency medicine residency training and ABEM/AOBEM certification required • Schedule: 1,656 hours per year, block schedule – four days on and four days off in a 32-day cycle, followed by eight days off • Community-based physicians who are employees of the hospital Compensation & Benefits: • Base Salary: $360,000 for 1,504 scheduled clinical hours (32 hours per week) • Income potential above the 90th percentile • Sign-on bonus and relocation assistance • Production-based annual bonus eligibility • Educational debt forgiveness loan (if applicable) • Comprehensive benefits package including: o Health, life, vision, dental, disability, and AD&D insurance o Malpractice coverage with tail o 403(b) plus 457(b) tax-deferred savings options o $5,000 professional expense allowance o Employee child care center on site Community Highlights: Quincy, Illinois, is a friendly and vibrant riverfront city offering an excellent quality of life with affordable housing, top-rated schools, and easy access to major metro areas.
