Join a physician-led, patient-focused Emergency Department in Cambridge, OH! We are seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine physicians or Board Certified Family/Internal Medicine physicians with Emergency Medicine experience. 💰 Compensation: $290–$300/hr
📅 Credentialing Timeline: 90 days
Job Responsibilities
Provide high-quality patient care in a 16-bed Emergency Department
Work collaboratively with APPs and nursing staff
Perform evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment for a wide range of acute conditions
Document all patient encounters accurately in Meditech EMR
Maintain compliance with hospital policies and medical standards
Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives
Qualifications
Board Certified (ABMS/AOA) in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Medicine with EM experience
Active Ohio License (IMLC accepted with proof of LOQ within 3 business days)
Minimum 2+ years of recent Emergency Medicine experience
Required Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS, NRP
COVID-19 Vaccination: Required
Clean background check: Required
Working Hours
12-hour physician shifts
24 hours/day of physician coverage
36 hours/day of APP coverage
Nights and weekends required
No overtime available
Skills
Strong decision-making and critical thinking in high-pressure settings
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to manage multiple patients efficiently
Proficiency with Meditech EMR
