Optigy is seeking Board-Eligible or Board-Certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide locum tenens coverage at a dynamic ER in West Monroe, LA. This facility operates with a manageable patient flow and no trauma designation, providing a supportive environment for both EM-trained and primary care-trained physicians with emergency experience.
Position Details:
Average Patient Volume: ~70 patients per day
Admission Rate: 20%
Shift Model: Flexible scheduling
On-Call: None
Trauma Level: Not designated
Credentialing Timeframe: Approximately 60 days
Telehealth: Not required
Qualifications:
MD or DO Degree
Board Eligible or Board Certified in EM, FM, or IM
Fellowship not required
Must have relevant Emergency Medicine experience
Active Louisiana license or eligibility preferred
