APC Coverage: 24-30 hours
Average PPHR: 0.6 during night, 3.0 during day
Qualifications:
ABEM (required by bylaws) Active Indiana Medical License, DEA, and CSR
***WILL COVER FULL TRAVEL AIRFARE, LODGING, AND CAR RENTAL
