We are seeking a skilled Emergency Medicine Physician to provide locum services in Bolivar, Missouri. This is an excellent opportunity for a nocturnist seeking a consistent schedule, solo coverage, and a well-supported inpatient environment. Coverage is needed beginning February 2026
Job Details:
Case Types: Adult and geriatric patients; 5–8 admissions per night Setting: Acute Care Hospital (Trauma Level III/IV)
Schedule: 12-hour night shifts (8p–8a), weekends included; no call required
Support: Solo nocturnist coverage with weekday APP support (7a–5:30p); open ICU with 8 ICU beds EMR System: Meditech Expanse (experience required)
Requirements:
Active Missouri medical license (IMLC accepted)
Board-certified/eligible in Emergency Medicine (BC required if training >5 years ago)
ACLS and BLS certifications
DEA and Missouri BNDD required
Proficiency in intubations and ventilator management
Clean background; must meet criteria for temporary privileges
