PERM PROVIDERS ONLY
• Residing in the Tampa/Orlando areas.
Support staff: APP on site at each location (functions independently; writes own scripts)
Schedule Details: Looking for 12 shifts a month from each provider. Mon- Fri 9a-7p; Sat and Sun 9am- 4pm (Closed Thanksgiving & Christmas; open New Year’s Eve & New Year’s Day) 2 call shifts per month required.
Work Details:
Facility Type: Licensed as urgent care, operates as a freestanding emergency medicine room
EMR/Charting Software: WellSoft
Avg. Daily Census: about 3 patients per hour
Patient Age Group: all ages
Procedures: Bread and butter urgent care.
Will float between four locations as needed.
Even though it's UC, they required EM providers
Requirements: Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC in Emergency Medicine (ABEM)
State License(s): FL
Certifications: ACLS • DEA Req’d?: yes
Years of Experience Req’d: 5 + post residency hospital based experience
Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days (credentialing will be at all 4 sites)
Willing To License?: No
Orientation: One day company orientation, one traning day with medical director. Interview: Perm interview will be with Recruiter and Medical Director of the EM dept. Discussions of salary, etc will be done as well.
