Job Title: Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: Memphis, Tennessee

Schedule Type: Flexible Schedule

Assignment Duration: January 1, 2026 – July 31, 2026 (6 months – 1 year assignment)

Contract Type:

• Daily OT after 12 hours (Fixed)

• Weekly OT after 168 hours (Fixed)

Position Overview:
We are seeking experienced and board-certified Emergency Medicine Physicians to provide high-quality emergency care coverage in a busy, community-based hospital setting. This role offers flexible scheduling, paid travel, and the opportunity to work in a collaborative and well-supported environment.

Position Details:

• Start Date: January 2026

• Assignment Length: 6 months – 1 year

• Openings: 3 full-time physicians (minimum 5 shifts per month)

• Shift Times:

  • Monday–Thursday: 6a–4p, 10a–8p, 4p–2a, 8p–6a

  • Friday–Sunday: 6a–6p, 11a–11p, 6p–6a

• On-Call: None

• Annual Volume: ~40,000 visits

• Average Patients/Day: 135

• ED Beds: 34 (includes Fast Track beds)

• EMR: EPIC

• Scribe Coverage: Available for $20/hour

Certification Requirements:

• ABEM, ABFM, or ABIM

  • (ABFM/ABIM physicians must have 3 years of recent Emergency Department experience)

• ATLS, ACLS, PALS, and BLS certifications required

Compensation & Benefits:
