Shifts: 7:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m. | 7:00 p.m. – 7:00 a.m.

No on-call requirement

Providers will rotate between two nearby locations - both locations are Freestanding ER/Urgent Care facilities
Position Details:

Role: Emergency Medicine Physician
-
Support Staff: APCs provide 22 hours of daily coverage
-
Trauma Designation: No trauma level designation
-
Average Volume: ~80 patients per 24 hours Both locations average 60% ER and 40% ER visits
Requirements:
-
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, or Family Practice
-
BLS and ACLS required if not ABEM certified
-
Active Kentucky License – Required
-
EMR: Epic
