🏥 Emergency Medicine Physician – Full-Time
📍 Ohio | 16-Bed Emergency Department
📈 Annual ED Volume: 27,000
🔄 12-Hour Shifts | W2 or 1099 Options

Position Highlights:
Join a physician-led organization providing high-quality care in a 16-bed Emergency Department with an annual volume of 27,000 patient visits. Work in a supportive clinical environment with 36 hours/day of advanced practice provider (APP) coverage and on-site administrative support.

Qualifications
Candidate Requirements:
✔️ Board Certified in:
Emergency Medicine OR Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience (12+ months or 2,000 hours)
✔️ Active Ohio Medical License (or in process)
✔️ DEA license (must be obtained prior to start)
✔️ COVID-19 vaccination documentation
✔️ Clean malpractice & license history
✔️ Procedure Experience (must be detailed at submission)
✔️ Permanent Placement Fee disclosure
❌ No J-1/H-1B visa support
Working Hours
🕒 Shifts: 12-hour shifts (day/night rotation or all nights with bonus)
👨⚕️ Physician Coverage: 24 hours/day
👩⚕️ APP Coverage: 36 hours/day
🖥️ EMR: Meditech
📌 Permanent Position – Relocation may be required
