🏥 Emergency Medicine Physician – Full-Time
📍 Ohio | 20-Bed Emergency Department
🔁 12-Hour Shifts | 21,000 Annual ED Visits
💼 W2 or 1099 | Permanent Placement
Position Overview:
Join a physician-led team in a community-based 20-bed ED with a volume of approximately 21,000 patient visits annually. Work alongside an experienced care team with strong administrative support in a setting that prioritizes physician autonomy and quality care delivery.

Additional Information:
This is a permanent position (not locums)
Relocation may be required (to be discussed at interview)
New graduates not accepted — must have post-training EM experience
Qualifications
✅ Board Certification in Emergency Medicine
OR BC in Family or Internal Medicine with 2,000+ hours (12+ months) of EM experience (post-training)
✅ Active Ohio Medical License (or in process)
✅ DEA registration (must be in hand before start)
✅ COVID-19 vaccination documentation
✅ Clean malpractice and license history
✅ Detailed list of EM procedures performed
✅ Must not require visa sponsorship (J1/H1B not accepted)
✅ Permanent placement fee disclosure required at name clear
Working Hours
👥 Coverage:
24 hrs/day physician coverage
14 hrs/day APP coverage
