- BC/BE emergency medicine physician needed
- Work as an employee of a democratic group
- Not a partnership but the books are open and profits are shared
- Base is better than competitive with annual (1656 clinical hours) commitment
- Full-time night physician: (7:00pm - 7:00am, three night shifts/week) base of $290K for ABEM certified, $270K for new grads
- Receive $5K after passing written and $5K after board certification
- Extensive benefits included
- Physician coverage daily of 42 hours, 24 hours NP coverage in fast track and 12 - 24 hours NP in the main ED
