### Job Description
Seeking Board Certified Emergency Medicine or Board Certified Family Medicine/Internal Medicine physicians with EM experience
Physician-led organization
27k annual ED volume
16-bed Emergency Department
24 hours/day of physician coverage (12-hour shifts)
36 hours/day of APP coverage
Meditech EMR
Full-Time Employee (W2) or Independent Contractor (1099) options available
On-site administrative support
May require relocation or local residency (to be discussed at interview)
Not accepting new graduate candidates – experience required
Not accepting visa candidates
Locum candidates accepted under separate posting

### Requirements
Board Certified in Emergency Medicine or Family/Internal Medicine with EM experience – Required
Minimum 12 months / 2,000 hours of Emergency Medicine work experience – Required
Active Ohio license (in hand or in process) – Required
List of procedures performed – Required
Proof of COVID vaccination – Required
DEA (must be obtained prior to start) – Required
Clean malpractice and licensing – Required
