A leading health system in the Capital Region is seeking **Board Certified/Board Eligible Critical Care Physicians** to join a well-established, collegial team providing **nighttime inpatient critical care coverage** at two hospital campuses in **Albany and Troy, New York**. - **Inpatient Coverage Only** — no outpatient responsibilities
- **Closed ICU Model** with established protocols and multidisciplinary support

#### **Requirements:**
- Board Certified / Board Eligible in **Critical Care Medicine**
- Active **New York State Medical License** and **DEA**
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Ability to provide comprehensive ICU management overnight
