- Scope of Work: Annual Patient Volume: 24,455, Patients per Hour: 2.19.
- Licenses, Certifications, Requirements: Active AL License, BC – must be board certified within 5 years of completing residency, ABEM/AOBEM/ABFM/ABIM – EM/FM/IM all ok, ACLS, ATLS (waived if provider is ABEM boarded)
