A state-of-the-art emergency department in North Carolina is seeking immediate coverage- this role offers flexible scheduling, competitive weekly compensation, and full travel support; a role that is ideal for physicians looking for a dynamic clinical environment without call or holiday responsibilities.
Position Details:
- Contract Type: 1099
- Location: North Carolina
- 41 Hospital Beds
- 16 ED Beds
- Annual ED Volume: ~49,000
- EMR: EPIC
- Coverage: 24-hour physician coverage + 10-hour NP/PA coverage
- Schedule: No call, no holidays, flexible shifts
Compensation:
- Malpractice: Fully covered
- Pay: Weekly, competitive
- Travel & Lodging: Flights, hotel, rental car, and mileage reimbursement open to discussion
Qualifications:
- MD or DO with board certification or eligibility in Emergency Medicine
- Active North Carolina license (or willingness to obtain)
- BLS, ACLS, and DEA required
- Cerner experience preferred
