Emergency Medicine Physician Opportunities – Olean, NY & Bradford, PA

Delphi Healthcare is currently seeking Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our teams at Olean General Hospital (Olean, NY) and Bradford Regional Medical Center (Bradford, PA). These community-focused emergency departments offer an excellent work-life balance with flexible scheduling, competitive compensation, and strong support.

• Compensation: $235–$275/hour depending on site and shift.

• Schedule: 12-hour shifts (7A–7P or 7P–7A).

• Employment Model: 1099 Independent Contractor.

  • Bradford: 12-hour APP coverage.

  • Olean: Full staffing support including APPs and physician colleagues.

• Malpractice Insurance: Coverage with tail provided.

• Travel & Lodging: Fully covered.

The Environment

• Bradford Regional: A low-volume ED (~12,000 annual visits) with a supportive hospital setting. As part of Kaleida Health, higher acuity cases are transferred to nearby Olean General.

• Olean General: A larger ED (~25,000 annual visits) serving as the referral center for the region, offering physicians the chance to manage a broad range of cases in a collaborative environment.
