🌟 Role Summary

We are seeking an experienced Board-Certified Nurse Practitioner (Emergency Medicine) for a locum assignment in Williston, ND. This role provides consistent coverage in a supportive, well-staffed emergency care environment.

🔍 Position Details

• EMR: Meditech

• Coverage Model: 1 MD onsite 24/7 + 1 NP/PA daily (10a–10p)

• Schedule: 3 shifts per week (12 hrs each), rotating weekends & holidays

• Support Staff: Full nursing team support

• Facility: 25 inpatient beds (including OB) + 19 observation beds

• Volume: ~45 ED patients/day | Average inpatient census: 12.7

⚕️ Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive emergency medical care in a Level IV trauma setting

• Independently evaluate, treat, and stabilize patients

• Collaborate with attending physician and nursing staff

• Perform required emergency procedures appropriate to NP scope

✅ Candidate Requirements

• Board Certified NP (Emergency Medicine) – REQUIRED

• North Dakota License + ND DEA – REQUIRED

• Local candidates preferred

• Must hold ACLS, PALS, BLS, TNCC certifications

• Previous emergency/acute care experience strongly preferred
