Start Date: December 1, 2025 (ASAP start possible)
Credentialing Timeframe: Emergency privileges available
Contract Length: Ongoing (preferably one year)
Schedule: 6a–6p or 6p–6a
Coverage Type: Scheduled + No Call
Practice Setting: Hospital
Trauma Level: IV
EMR: Meditech
Workload:
• Beds: 8–15 across affiliated sites
• Census: 45–60 patients/day depending on location
• Admissions: 10–20% depending on site
• Patient Population: Elderly, rural, mixed demographics
• Support Staff: APP coverage at each site
• Consults: Multiple per day
• Procedures: Intubations, central lines, chest tubes, OB delivery, ultrasound, trauma management, laceration repair
Orientation: 2-hour onboarding + 2 shadow shifts
Additional Info: Provider must be willing to work at affiliated FSEDs. No locals (must be 50+ miles away). Case logs required.
