• Clinical Shift Schedule: 24-hour shifts, 9a – 9a

• Case Mix: Full spectrum of emergency cases

FACILITY INFORMATION
• No. of Beds in Department: 0–49
• Trauma Level: Level 1
• Support Staff Available: Emergency Department staff
• Reason for Coverage: Permanent Part-Time Position

REQUIRED PROCEDURES
• Cardiac/cardiopulmonary arrest response
• Emergency stabilization and evaluation
• Minor emergency procedures
• Interpretation of lab and x-ray results

JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Current Washington State Physician and Surgeon License
• Certifications: As required per privileges (e.g., ACLS, BLS, etc.)
• Experience: Less than 1 year required
• Other Qualifications:
- Strong logical and scientific reasoning abilities
- Ability to interpret medical and scientific documents
- Knowledge of emergency medical care protocols

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Provide evaluation and treatment for emergency patients
• Stabilize patients in critical condition and respond to emergencies
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records
• Collaborate with emergency department staff and affiliated providers
• Review lab and diagnostic imaging results
• Provide discharge instructions and complete necessary documentation
• Comply with all hospital policies and confidentiality standards
• Participate in ongoing education and hospital training
• Uphold hospital values and promote patient-centered care
