JOB REQUIREMENTS
• Licenses: Current Washington State Physician and Surgeon License
• Certifications: As required per privileges
• Experience: Less than 1 year accepted
• Other Qualifications:
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to interpret scientific and medical data
- Excellent communication and teamwork in high-pressure environments

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
• Deliver emergency medical care according to best practices
• Respond promptly to urgent cases and cardiac arrest situations
• Maintain comprehensive and accurate medical records
• Collaborate with other emergency and hospital staff
• Ensure proper patient discharge instructions and follow-up
• Adhere to hospital protocols and corporate compliance policies
• Participate in mandatory training and continuing education
