Annual Volume: ~25,000 visits

ED Beds: 21

Shifts:

Physician: 7a–7p & 7p–7a

APPs: 9a–9p, 11a–11p, 5p–5a

EMR: EPIC
-
Admission Rate: ~10.6%
-
Transfer Rate: ~9.9% (to OhioHealth facilities like Grant, Riverside, Doctors)
🧑⚕️ Who We're Looking For:
-
Board Certified (ABMS or AOA only) – IM or FM – Required
-
Active Ohio license or IMLC with LOQ proof within 3 business days – Required

COVID Vaccinated – Required
-
Certifications Required:
-
ACLS
-
ATLS
-
BLS
-
PALS
-
NRP
-
-
2+ years of recent EM experience – Required

Clean background – No exceptions
-
Must be available for nights/weekends – Clearly note availability at time of name clear
