📍 Position Overview:

Start Date: As soon as credentialed

Shifts: 12-hour nights (8p–8a) — weekends and nights are the primary need

Annual ED Volume: ~20,000 visits
-
Beds in ED: 11

Fast Track Available: Yes

Admissions from ED: ~17%
-
Transfers: <7%
-
Trauma Designation: None
-
EMR: AllScripts/Paragon
-
Support: Full access to specialty consultants (Cardiology, GI, Pulmonology, Hem/Onc, Urology, Radiology)

APP Oversight: Yes
-
Admissions: ED physician writes orders before transfer to hospitalist

OB Deliveries: Sent directly to L&D
✅ Required Qualifications:

Board Certified (ABMS or AOA only) in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine – No exceptions

Active OH license or IMLC with LOQ – Required
