🔍 Opportunity Overview:
A freestanding Emergency Department in Southeast Ohio is seeking ABMS/AOA Board-Certified Internal Medicine or Family Medicine physicians to join their 24/7 ED coverage team. This ED sees 25–35 patients per day and offers a steady, manageable workflow with full support.
📅 Schedule & Setting:

Freestanding Emergency Department (non-trauma designated)
-
12-hour shifts: 8a–8p, 8p–8a
-
Midlevel support from 12p–12a
-
No admissions – all admissions handled by Hospitalists at main campus
-
Providers must be available for nights and weekends
-
No OT; capped conversion fee $18K–$20K
⚠️ Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage own documentation (no scribes)

Handle ED codes
-
Traumas transferred to tertiary centers
-
Must be able to work independently

Must have recent experience and procedural confidence

Board Certified (ABMS or AOA only – IM or FM) – REQUIRED

OH license or IMLC with LOQ – REQUIRED
