ACLS, ATLS, PALS required
COVID vaccine or approved exemption required
Need coverage because of one retirement and one provider relocating
Need 24 shifts per month covered
Need days, nights, and weekends
19,710 annual ER volume
1.8 patients per hour
14 ED beds
No trauma level designation
Physician shift times: 6a-6p/6p-6a
APP shift time: 11a-9p
No admitting orders required-only bridge orders
No scribe coverage
Medhost EMR
Temporary privileges available with clean file and active license
