Join a high-acuity emergency department in Dickinson, ND as a Locum Emergency Medicine Physician. This is an excellent opportunity with strong APP support, competitive pay, and flexible scheduling in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
Job Responsibilities
• Manage critical procedures: intubations, central lines, chest tubes, resuscitations, procedural sedation, OB/GYN emergencies, pediatric/adult critical care
• Handle 1.5 patients/hour on average
• Collaborate with APPs covering peak hours (10a–10p)
• Utilize Meditech EMR for documentation
Qualifications
• Active ND License or IMLC – Required
• CDS Certification & DEA Registration – Required
• ACLS, ATLS, PALS – Required
• Minimum of 250 case logs in the past year
Working Hours
• Weekends included
• Ongoing coverage with no schedule gaps
Skills
• Advanced airway & critical care management
• Excellent communication & teamwork under pressure
