Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
Clinical Information:
- 24-hour Physician Coverage
- Seasonal APP coverage
- 13,500 Annual Patient Visits
- Separate Pediatric Waiting Area, Triage and Dedicated Bay
- State-of-the-Art Imaging, including CT, Ultrasound and Radiology
- Meditech P-doc EMR & M-Modal Dictation
- Fully Integrated with main campus
- Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus
- Must be willing to work at Main facility associated with FSED
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Requirements:
- BC/BE in EM (ABEM/AOBEM)
- BC FM/IM with extensive EM experience
- Active FL License
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
