Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
Clinical Information:
- Dedicated cardiac/respiratory resuscitation room, full hospital lab, 11 private patient care rooms, and diagnostic imaging services such as X-ray, CT scan and ultrasound
- Annual patient visits: 28,500
- Fully integrated with main campus, a Level II Trauma Center
- Daily Volume: 77/day staffed with 24/hrs Physician coverage and 24 hours of APP coverage
- Average 2.0 Patients Per Hour
- Dedicated trauma room
- Ambulance bay for EMS access
- Patients needing to be admitted to an inpatient bed will be transported to the main campus
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified or Board Eligible in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- ATLS, PALS and ACLS
- Active FL License
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
