Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Morning, Mid, and Night 10 hour shifts
- Rotation schedule
- Duration of need: 1 year
Clinical Information:
- Number of beds: 173
- Average patient census: 85
- Daily Admissions: 16.9
- Annual ER admissions: 3240
- Normal acuity
- Follow up cases: outpatient
- Support Staff: Nursing, APP’s
- Average Patient Census: 89
- Standard ER patients
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified ABEM
- will accept Non-ABEM if provider has EM experience
- Active KY License
- Willing to consider new grads
- Required Procedures: Standard ED procedures
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
