Coverage:
24 hours/day: Physician
36 hours/day: APP (Advanced Practice Provider

Qualifications
Board Certification:
Emergency Medicine (EM) OR Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with significant EM experience – Required
Experience: Minimum 12 months or 2,000 hours in Emergency Medicine
License:
Active Ohio license or in-process
Certifications:
COVID vaccination – Required
Clean record:
Malpractice and licensing history should be clean
