Position Overview:
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Emergency Department Physician to join team in Bar Harbor. This full-time position involves 30 40 hours per week, working 12 hour shifts across days, nights, evenings, weekends, and holidays (averaging two weekends per month). The physician will provide high-quality, compassionate emergency care aligned with our mission and values.
Responsibilities:
Deliver direct patient care in the emergency department
Diagnose and treat acute medical and traumatic conditions
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Collaborate closely with physician supervisors and multidisciplinary teams
Participate actively in department-level quality improvement initiatives
