**PLEASE NOTE** -- NOT for set schedule or dates - Facility anticipates needing holiday and winter coverage so this would be shift work as needed ****
Shift Coverage Needed: Primarily nights, 11p-7a. Will not consider folks who can only do days.
Shift Length: 9 hours, 8 hours work + 1 hr admin
Support Staff: Stable RN staffing. Backup for code blue and critical procedures. There is on-call backup for anesthesia/intensivists. If there’s a critical patient, they ship out to two different facilities. There’s a transfer center that manages the transfers. No scribes but they have dictation
Patients per shift: 13-16, about 1.3/hour
EMR: Epic
Minimum Required Experience: 2 years experience
Required certifications/licenses: Active CA MD/DO license, NIH stroke certificate required. Must be ABEM.
Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days
