🚨 LOCUM EMERGENCY MEDICINE PHYSICIAN – CORPUS CHRISTI, TX Hospital & Freestanding ED Coverage | 1-Year Contract
📍 Location: Corpus Christi Medical Center 🗓️ Start Date: ASAP 📆 Duration: 1 Year 🕒 Shifts: 6AM–6PM & 6PM–6AM (single physician coverage)
🔹 ROLE OVERVIEW:
- Provide emergency care across hospital and FSED settings
- Treat patients of all acuity levels
- Support a system with 15 full-time physicians
🏥 FACILITY DETAILS:
- 18 beds at Doctors Regional
- Daily admissions: 10 at FSEDs, 20 at Doctors
- Main hospital census: ~80 patients
✅ REQUIREMENTS:
- Active TX medical license
- BE/BC in EM or FM with EM fellowship
- Minimum 2 years of ED experience
- Emergency privileges available
- Case logs required for credentialing
