An award-winning non-profit hospital and one of the nation's most integrated health systems is seeking an Emergency Medicine physician (EM/FM) to join their experienced, collegial team due to growth and retirement in the Des Moines River Valley area in Iowa (IA):
• Join a collegial team of three physicians and four APP's
• No call
• Full and part-time options with full-time being twelve 12-hr shifts per month (flexibility on how to structure the 12 shifts)
• Epic EMR
Compensation & Benefits:
• Up to $456,000 base guarantee plus signing
• $100,000+ in retention, relocation assistance, residency stipend, and more (for full-time)

• Outdoor adventurers' paradise with miles upon miles of water, biking, hiking, golfing, off-roading vehicle trails, fishing, kayaking, and more
