Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Duration of need: 1 year
- Shift Times: On-site, Morning, Mid, and Night 12 hour shifts, rotational schedule
Clinical Information:
- 36,000 Annual patient visits
- Number of beds: 159
- 36 hours of physician and 24 hours APP coverage daily
- Daily Admissions: 17
- Annual ER Admissions: 3,942
- Average Patient Census: 108-113
- Accredited chest pain center and stroke center
- Average acuity
- Support Staff: Nurses and Techs
- Common cases: Standard Emergency medicine visits
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified in one of the following:
- Emergency Medicine (ABEM preferred)
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with EM experience
- Active TN License
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
- Willing to consider new grads
- Required Procedures: Standard ED procedures
