Coverage Needed:
- As soon as credentialed - ongoing
- Duration of need: 1 year
- Morning, Mid, and Night 12 hour shifts, rotational schedule
Clinical Information:
- Required Procedures: Lines, intubations, chest tubes, Standard ED procedures
- Number of beds: 211
- Census: 70/day
- Daily Admissions: 15.5 admission encounters
- Annual ER admissions: 3,650
- Not a trauma center, Accredited chest pain center, Stroke center
- Average acuity
- Support Staff: Nursing and Techs
Required:
- DEA must remain in state to maintain privileges. Provider must be willing transfer and maintain DEA in state for the duration of privileges being active, or obtain a new in state DEA to remain in state for the duration of privileges being active
- Board Certified in one of the following:
- American Board of Emergency Medicine
- American Osteopathic Board of Emergency Medicine
- Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with EM experience
- Active KY License
- Providers living inside of 50 miles from the facility will be considered “Local”, and will not be eligible for this role
- ATLS
- Willing to consider new grads
