• Olean General Hospital – Olean, NY (25,000 annual volume)

Compensation: $225–$265 per hour (based on facility and experience)
Employment Type: Full-Time or Part-Time | W2 or 1099
Scheduling: Flexible scheduling with both day and night shifts available

About the Opportunity:

Delphi Healthcare, a trusted provider in emergency medicine staffing since 1995, is seeking skilled and compassionate Emergency Medicine Physicians to join our teams at Bradford Regional Medical Center and Olean General Hospital. Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality emergency care to patients of all ages

• Assess, diagnose, treat, and determine disposition for a wide range of medical conditions

• Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and perform life-saving procedures as needed

• Collaborate closely with APPs, nurses, and hospital staff to ensure smooth patient flow

• Maintain accurate documentation in the EMR (MEDITECH at Bradford)

• Adhere to hospital and departmental clinical standards and protocols

Site Details:

Bradford Regional Medical Center (Bradford, PA)

• 14,000 annual ED visits

• 12-hour physician shifts

• APP support

• No ICU on-site

• Flexible scheduling

Olean General Hospital (Olean, NY)

• 25,000 annual ED visits

• APPs provide mid-shift support

• Day and night shifts available

• Flexible scheduling

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM)

• Will also consider BC/BE in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with significant ER experience

• Active medical license in Pennsylvania and/or New York (or ability to obtain)

• Strong clinical skills and confident decision-making

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities

• Passion for serving rural communities with quality care
