Emergency Medicine Physician La Crosse & Sparta, WI Full-Time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician Join a well-established, collaborative Emergency Medicine team Position Overview: Seeking a full-time, Board Certified/Board Eligible Emergency Medicine Physician to join a regional practice serving two modern emergency departments: Main Campus La Crosse: o Annual volume: 34,000+ visits o Mix of emergency and urgent care cases o Double coverage with support from NPs and PAs Satellite Campus Sparta (25 miles east): o Annual volume: ~9,000 visits o 12-hour shifts, single physician coverage Support & Resources: 24-hour Hospital Medicine Service admits adult patients to a 250-bed facility 25-bed critical access hospital in Sparta supported by Family Medicine backup Air transport teams available at both locations Strong multi-specialty collaboration across the system Ideal Candidate: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine Team-oriented with excellent communication skills Comfortable working independently and collaboratively Position Details: Schedule: Full-time, 12-hour shifts Compensation: Competitive, based on education, experience, and tenure Benefits: Comprehensive package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and CME Why Join Us: Supportive work culture focused on patient-centered care Opportunities for professional development and continuing education Stable, physician-led organization with a strong regional presence
