🎓 Board Certified in Emergency Medicine OR
Board Certified in Family Medicine/Internal Medicine with EM experience – Required -
⏳ Minimum 12 months / 2,000 hours of EM experience (excluding training) – Required

🏛️ Ohio Medical License (Active or In Process) – Required

🛠️ List of EM Procedures Performed – Required

💉 COVID-19 Vaccination Proof – Required

🛂 No Visa Support (J1/H1B not accepted)

📄 Clean malpractice & license history – Required
