Job description
A major hospital health system is seeking three Medical Directors to oversee multiple high-volume EDs across Florida. This is a top-tier leadership role for a seasoned Emergency Medicine physician with system-level administrative experience.
Key Responsibilities:
· Lead ED operations across hospitals with volumes ranging from 40K to 100K+
· Supervise multiple freestanding EDs
· Partner with Regional Medical Directors to drive clinical, operational, and financial performance
· Set strategy, develop policy, and lead physician and staff teams
· Elevate care standards and expand the book of business
Requirements:
· Board-certified in Emergency Medicine
· Extensive leadership experience across multiple ED sites
· Strong procedural, policy, and business skills
Compensation:
· $600K base salary
· Sign-on bonus with three-year commitment
