Mandatory Requirements:
- Malpractice must be included in hourly rate cap of $350/hour - REQUIRED
- OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
- MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - REQUIRED
- MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
- MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
- NRP - REQUIRED
Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified
State License Requirements:
- Ohio
Additional License Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS, Board Certified
Job Responsibilities
Annual Volume- 24,500-25,500
Average volume is for a 24hr period. Cambridge averages about 55-60 daily.
Physician shifts- 7a-7p, 7p-7a
APP shifts- 9a-9p, 11a-11p, 2p-2a
Number of beds- 17
16-20k Annual Volume
12 hour shifts for providers.
45 days credentialing timeline
Qualifications
Board certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
