Mandated Requirements:
- OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
- MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - REQUIRED
- MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
- MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
- NRP - REQUIRED
Certification Requirements:
- Board Certified
State License Requirements:
- Ohio
Additional License Requirements:
- BLS, ACLS, Board Certified
Job Responsibilities
Annual Volume- 25,000
Physician shifts- 7a-7p & 7p-7a
APP shifts- 9a-9p, 11a-11p & 5p-5a
Number of beds- 21 beds
Transfer locations- Any of the Ohio Health facilities
Qualifications
Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
BLS, ACLS
Working Hours
Physician shifts- 7am -7pm & 7pm -7am
APP shifts- 9am -9pm, 11am - 11pm & 5pm -5am
