Mandatory Requirements:
- OH state License - REQUIRED, will accept IMLC (with proof of LOQ within 3 business days of job acceptance)
- COVID Vaccination - REQUIRED
- MUST be boarded ABMS/AOA IM/FM - will not accept any other type of certification - REQUIRED, no exceptions
- MUST have ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS - REQUIRED
- MUST have 2+ recent experience - REQUIRED
- NRP - REQUIRED
- Please submit provider to all 3 Holzer sites (Meigs, Jackson and Gallipolis)
Certification Requirements

- BLS, ACLS, Board Certified
Job Responsibilities
Manage own documentation
Respond to all ED codes
Transfer trauma cases to a tertiary care center
Admissions handled by the Hospitalist team at the main site
Provider must be available for nights and weekends.
Qualifications
ABMS or AOA Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
Must hold valid ACLS, ATLS, BLS, and PALS certifications
