We’re seeking an experienced ABEM-certified Emergency Medicine Physician for a dynamic role in Macomb, IL, offering $310/hour, comprehensive malpractice, and complimentary travel and lodging.
🔍 Position Details:
Location: Macomb, IL
Shift Structure: 12-hour shifts | 8a–8p & 8p–8a (must be willing to work both day and night)
ED Volume: ~14,600 annually (approx. 40 patients/day)
Admission Rate: 7%
ED Beds: 10
Support: 12 hours of APP coverage per day
EMR: Center (dictation software available)
Trauma Designation: Stroke Center
Subspecialty Backup: ENT, Pediatrics, GI, Ophthalmology, Ortho, Surgery, Behavioral Health, OB
Clinical Programs: EDAP and Acute Stroke Ready Hospital initiatives
Qualifications
ABEM Board Certified with minimum 2 years of experience
IL License or IMLC with LOQ
Clean malpractice
