- Contract: Locum
- Rate: $300/hr
- Location: Northern Wisconsin
- Facility: Level 3 Trauma; 15 bed
- Daily Volume: 17-23 patients/day
- Coverage:
- Physician:
- 20 shifts/month
- Support: 2-4 RN’s, 2 APP’s
- Physician:
- Call: N/A
- EMR System: Epic
- Certification: BC EM
- License: Active Wisconsin upon presentation; IMLC
- Life Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
