Job Summary:

Valley Regional Medical Center is seeking an Emergency Medicine Physician to join our team in the South Padre Island area.
Qualified Candidates:
  • Must be ABEM BC/BE Emergency Medicine
Incentives/Benefits:
  • 1099 Independent Contractor Status
  • Up to 120 hours per month available

Facility Information:
  • 45,000 Annual volume with steady growth
  • 2.2 patients per hour
  • 36 hours of physician coverage per day
  • 36 hours of APP coverage
  • 22 bed Emergency Department
  • Level III trauma center
  • Primary Stroke Center
  • Primary PCI
  • 24 hours of Intensivist and Hospitalist coverage
  • Dedicated Women's Center with dedicated L&D ED
Valley Regional Medical Center is a 215-bed facility and conveniently located at the corner of Expressway 77 and Alton Gloor Boulevard in Brownsville.
