2026-2027 Emergency Medicine Fellowship opportunity: Augusta, ME Located 55m to Portland Position Details
- Full and part-time available, permanent
- Medical Center is seeking Primary Care physicians, including Third year Residents, with an interest in Emergency Medicine
- Fellowship program provides a high quality, rigorous educational experience that prepares individuals to work in a rural or community Emergency Department.
- As a program recognized by the American Board of Physician Specialties, fellowship graduates will qualify to sit for written and oral exams to achieve recognition by The Board of Certification in Emergency Medicine
- This program is 12 months long and includes 13, 4 week blocks consisting of rotations in the ED, Intensive Care Unit, Trauma, Pediatric Emergency Medicine, and a one month elective rotation. Additionally, the fellow will complete courses in ATLS, Point-of-Care Ultrasound and The Difficult Airway Course.
