Start Date: ASAP
Contract Length: Ongoing
Shift Details: TBD, up to 120 hrs per month available
Department Description:
45,000 visits/year, trauma level III
• 2.2 patients per hour
• 36 hours of physician coverage per day
• 36 hours of APP coverage
• 22 rooms
Practice Setting:
• Hospital
Requirements:
· Board Certification: ABEM certified; ACLS/PALS/ATLS
· License required: Texas, or IMLC allowed
Credentialing Timeframe: need case logs for requested privileges, standard EM privileges
