Coverage Needed:
- Start Month: June
- Estimated Length of Assignment: 12 months
- Providers Needed: 2 Full-Time MDs (20 shifts/month)
- Minimum Shifts Acceptable: 7/month
- Physician Shift Times: 7 a.m. - 7 p.m., 7 p.m. - 7 a.m.
Clinical Details:
- Staffing Model: 24-hour single MD coverage with 10 hours NPPA support depending on the day of the week
- Call Requirement: No
- Annual Volume: 17,904
- Patients Per Day: 49
- Trauma Level Designation: Level II
- EMR System: Ochsner EPIC
- Support Staff: Cardiology, Orthopedics, IM, Radiology, FP, Pathology, Surgery, Urology, ICU, CCU, SICU
Requirements:
- Board Certified
- Residency Trained in EM, IM, or FP with Emergency Medicine experience
- Active LA License or IMLC
- Flu or Other Immunizations Required (Waiver Considered)
- Expedited Locum Privileges Available with Active LA License & Clean File
