Required Skills:
- MD or DO from an accredited medical school
- Active state medical license in Ohio
- Board certification in Emergency Medicine
- Minimum of 2 years of emergency medicine experience
- Proven ability to work independently and efficiently in fast-paced settings
- Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
- Ability to handle a high-volume ED environment with professionalism
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience working in hospital-based emergency departments
- Familiarity with MediTech EMR system
- Previous locum or temporary physician experience
- Bilingual abilities to serve diverse patient populations
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Completed a residency in Emergency Medicine
- Prior experience working at multiple hospital sites
- Comfortable working 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends
Other Requirements:
- Credentialing timeline of approximately 45-60 days
- Availability to work at both O'Bleness and Cambridge sites
- Willingness to cover night shifts, weekends, and variable schedules
- Medical staff fees are not reimbursed
- Physician conversion fee range: $18,000 to $20,000
- All travel arrangements must be coordinated through our organization
