Coverage Details:
• 10-20 12hr shifts per month
• No call
• Schedule Details: Doctor shift times – 7a-7p or 7p-7a
Work Details:
• Support staff: Cardiology support available Monday-Friday; + general surgery and orthopedics
• Department Description: Rural facility, no peds admitted to Muhlenberg.
• Patient Volume: 12 bed ER
• Patient Age Group: Adults, no peds admitted
• EMR/Documentation System: EPIC
Requirements:
• Board Certifications Req’d/Preferred: BC in Family Practice
• State License(s) / IMLC Req’d?: KY license required
• Certifications Req’d?: ACLS
• DEA Req’d?: Yes
• Minimum Experience Req’d: 2 years minimum experience in ER if ABFM provider
• Additional requirements/details to screen for?: Can not have had any restrictions placed on their license or would require a board waiver.
Privileging Timeframe: 30 days
